Nevada Law (NRS 488.730.3) states that any US and Canadian resident that rents or operates a motorized watercraft, in the state of Nevada, is required to meet their home state boating safety requirements. Nevada residents, born after Jan 1st 1983, must pass a Boaters Safety Course. (Online course here).
